AUREN Amsterdam ships with care from The Netherlands. Each order is prepared with attention, so your fragrance arrives safely and beautifully presented.

At this moment, AUREN Amsterdam delivers within the European Union, with the exception of France and Italy.

Shipping

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding Dutch national holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Estimated delivery times:

  • The Netherlands: 1–2 business days
  • Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg: 2–4 business days
  • Other available EU countries: 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, holidays or courier delays.

Please note: at this stage, shipping to France and Italy is not available.

Shipping Costs

AUREN Amsterdam offers free shipping on all orders from €119.00 within the available shipping destinations.

For orders below €119.00, the following fixed shipping costs apply:

  • The Netherlands: €7.45
  • European Union: €8.75

The final shipping cost will be shown at checkout before completing your order.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

We hope you will love your AUREN fragrance. If you wish to return your order, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order.

To use your right of withdrawal, please contact us within 14 days after delivery at info@aurenamsterdam.com.

After notifying us, the product must be returned without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after you informed us of your withdrawal.

Returned products must be:

  • unopened;
  • unused;
  • in the original packaging;
  • in resalable condition;
  • returned with the original seal intact.

For hygiene and safety reasons, fragrance products can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and the original seal has not been broken. If the seal has been broken after delivery, the product cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

We will reimburse the amount due within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or you provide evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs will be refunded in accordance with applicable consumer law, except for any additional costs resulting from a delivery method chosen by the customer that is more expensive than the standard delivery option.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery. Please include:

  • your order number;
  • a clear description of the issue;
  • photos of the product;
  • photos of the packaging and shipping box.

After reviewing the issue, we will offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped.

If your order has already been dispatched, you may request a return after receiving it, subject to the return conditions above.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is delayed, lost or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us. We will review the shipment with the courier and assist you where possible.

Refunds or replacements for lost parcels may only be processed after the courier has completed its investigation.
