These Terms of Service govern the sale and purchase of products through our website aurenamsterdam.com.
By visiting our website, placing an order or purchasing products from AUREN Amsterdam, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Scope
AUREN Amsterdam offers products for sale through aurenamsterdam.com to consumers for personal use.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear to be placed for resale, professional or commercial purposes, or that we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent or abusive.
3. Changes to These Terms
AUREN Amsterdam may update or amend these Terms of Service from time to time.
The version published on our website at the time of placing an order applies to that order. By placing an order, the customer confirms acceptance of the Terms of Service in effect at that time.
4. Products
We aim to present our products, descriptions, images and prices as accurately as possible.
However, slight variations may occur in product appearance, packaging, colour or presentation due to photography, screen settings or production details.
All fragrances should be used only as intended and in accordance with any instructions or warnings provided on the product, packaging or website.
5. Prices
All prices are quoted in Euros (€).
Prices include VAT, where applicable, but exclude shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout before the order is completed.
AUREN Amsterdam reserves the right to change prices at any time. Products are charged based on the prices shown at the time the order is placed, subject to availability.
6. Availability
All products are offered subject to availability.
We aim to keep stock information accurate. In rare cases, a product may become unavailable after an order has been placed.
If a product is unavailable, we will contact the customer as soon as possible. We may offer an alternative solution, wait for restocking, partially fulfil the order or refund the unavailable item.
7. Orders
After placing an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email.
This confirmation does not automatically mean that the order has been accepted. AUREN Amsterdam reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases such as stock errors, payment issues, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud or misuse of the website.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the relevant amount will be refunded.
8. Payment
Orders must be paid in Euros.
Available payment methods may include:
- iDEAL;
- Visa;
- Mastercard;
- American Express;
- PayPal;
- Apple Pay;
- other payment methods shown at checkout.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. AUREN Amsterdam does not store full payment card details.
9. Shipping & Delivery
AUREN Amsterdam currently ships within the European Union, with the exception of France and Italy.
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer during checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, busy periods, holidays or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete order, billing and delivery information.
If incorrect information is provided and this causes delivery problems, delays, additional costs or failed delivery, AUREN Amsterdam is not responsible for those consequences unless caused by our own error.
11. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a legal right of withdrawal for most online purchases within 14 days after receiving the order.
To exercise this right, customers must notify us within 14 days after delivery.
Returned fragrance products must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging and returned with the original seal intact.
For hygiene and safety reasons, fragrance products cannot be returned if the original seal has been broken after delivery.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

12. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If an order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, the customer should contact us as soon as possible at info@aurenamsterdam.com.
Please include the order number, a clear description of the issue and photos of the product, packaging and shipping box.
After review, we may offer a suitable solution, such as replacement, refund or another appropriate remedy.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on aurenamsterdam.com, including but not limited to text, images, product names, designs, logos, graphics, photography and website layout, is owned by or licensed to AUREN Amsterdam and is protected by intellectual property laws.
It is not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish or use any website content without prior written permission from AUREN Amsterdam.
14. Personal Data
AUREN Amsterdam processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

15. Liability
AUREN Amsterdam is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data or other consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits the customer's statutory rights under Dutch or EU consumer law.
The products offered on our website comply with applicable Dutch and EU laws and regulations. Customers are responsible for using the products safely and as intended.
16. Force Majeure
AUREN Amsterdam is not responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to courier delays, strikes, supply chain disruptions, technical failures, natural events, government measures or other force majeure circumstances.
17. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in The Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
